My interest in the hospitality industry developed during my high school years in Pennsylvania, where I secured my first job in a private country club. After attending the School of Hotel Administration and Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, my career path led to senior management roles in club operations, asset management, and real estate development. Prior to joining the management team at Black Diamond Ranch, I served as CEO and COO at Tennessee Grasslands Golf and Country Club, a dual-club property located northeast of Nashville in Sumner County, and General Manager & COO at Pelham Country Club in Westchester County, New York. At both Tennessee Grasslands and Pelham, I successfully implemented and supervised major facilities expansion projects and operational enhancements designed to significantly elevate the member experience. I have also held senior management positions with two privately held development companies, where my responsibilities ranged from administering large resort communities anchored by upscale branded hotels to leading a golf management division with properties in the United States, Europe, and the Caribbean. I have also had the privilege of teaching at several colleges and universities and enjoyed training students for careers in the hospitality industry.
