Jeff Seavey is a Class "A" member of the PGA and has been the teaching professional at the Samoset Resort in Rockport, Maine since 1997. He has been teaching at Black Diamond since October of 2013. He spends the summers in Maine teaching and playing competitive golf in New England and winters in Lecanto as the Director of Instruction at Black Diamond Ranch. He teaches over 1000 lessons every year between Black Diamond and the Samoset Resort. As a player, he currently has or shares 4 course records. He has played in 6 of the last 8 Professional National Championships and will be competing again in June 2015 in Philadelphia. He also played in the PGA Tour event at TPC Boston in 2003. His lowest professional round is a 61 (11 under par) at the Plantation Resort in Crystal River, FL. He has made 5 hole-in-ones and 2 double eagles during his professional career.
Jeff, his wife Christine, and daughter Melanie have lived in Homosassa since 2007. Christine is an ER Nurse at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, and Melanie will attend Florida State University after graduation from Lecanto High School in spring of 2015.

Barb “Moxie” Moxness is a Class “A” member of the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional Division and is a consistent top-ten finisher on the LPGA Legends Tour, ranking 4th on the career points list. After playing Division I college golf at both Arizona State and San Diego State, Barb’s LPGA tour career spanned 1978 – 1986 and witnessed top-10 finishes in all four LPGA Majors. Her teaching career began in 1986 at the San Diego Golf Academy, under the direction of AJ Bonar. A true student of the game, Barb completed a degree with honors in Psychology in 2002 and has since written two books that bring insight into how physical, psychological, and spiritual elements work together holistically in the golf experience. Known as the “Golf Whisperer” by some, Barb has been distinguished as a Top Teacher by Golf Digest magazine. Her Moxie Golf Process brings hope to golfers, providing simple solutions to difficult issues seen in every facet and at every ability level of the game.
Barb lives with her husband of 40 years, Mark, in Edina, MN and at Black Diamond Ranch in Lecanto, FL. They are blessed with two grown sons, Matt and Tim.
